The customer of www.cheese-wines.gr has the right to return the product he bought or to request a replacement in the following cases:
- In any case of sale of a wrong product with proven fault of the company
- In case it is found that the item has a manufacturing defect (if this is confirmed after inspection by specialized personnel.
In the above cases, the customer after receiving the product, must return it within (1) calendar days from the day of receipt. In any case, the products must be returned in the condition received by the customer, complete, without damage, processing and in their packaging accompanied by all documents and original purchase documents, as well as the relevant withdrawal form. The money is returned through a bank. In case the return is not made within the above period or does not meet any of the requirements, the company cheese-wines.gr may not accept any return, credit or replacement. In case the cheese-wines.gr company is not responsible for the return or replacement of the product, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Products that have been damaged due to customer misuse are not covered by the warranty.
